A 30-Day Workbook to Renew Your Mind and Reclaim Your Identity in Christ
You’re the woman who gives her all — to your family, your job, and your friends but still feels like it’s never quite enough.
You’ve mastered showing up for everyone else, yet somewhere along the way, you lost sight of you.
Maybe you’re:
The people pleaser who feels guilty saying “no,” even when you’re exhausted.
The believer who knows what’s true in Scripture but struggles to feel it’s true for you.
The high achiever who hides behind productivity, quietly wondering if your worth depends on performance.
The woman of faith who loves Jesus but often wrestles with shame, comparison, or a sense of not being enough.
“I feel like I’ve lost myself.”
"I want to feel confident walking into a room."
“I know God has more for me, but I feel stuck.”
“If I can just do more, it will prove I'm worthy.”
"I don't know who I am outside of being a mom or wife."
“I know who God says I am…but I don’t always feel like it.”
“Why do I keep shrinking back when I know I’m called to more?"

You don’t have to stay stuck.
You don’t have to keep shrinking.
You are not too much.
You are not too late.
It's time to RECLAIM the hidden parts of you.
The Reclaim Workbook was created to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect with the truth of who you are in Christ.
With 30 guided days, you’ll walk through five intentional themes:
✨ Week 1 – Recenter: fix your eyes on Jesus and remember who He is.
✨ Week 2 – Reveal & Reject: uncover the lies that have shaped your identity.
✨ Week 3 – Receive: embrace what God says about you through His Word.
✨ Week 4 – Renew: begin to live out that truth with confidence and consistency.
✨ Week 5 – Reflect: look back with gratitude and celebrate your growth.
Each day includes space to:
📖 READ — dive into Scripture and let truth shape your perspective.
🌿 REFLECT — reflect on daily verse through guided devotionals.
✏️ RESPOND — process and journal through thoughtful prompts.
🙏 REST — end your time in prayer.
This workbook isn’t about perfection, but about progress. It’s 30 days of space to slow down, realign with God, and reclaim the woman He designed you to be.

Hey friend,
I’m Nikki Tigg, a certified life coach, Biblical counselor, and the heart behind RECLAIM.
For over a decade, I’ve walked alongside women and teens in the faith space, helping them break free from the lies that keep them bound and rediscover their God-given identity. Whether through coaching, speaking, writing devotionals, or leading workshops, my mission is the same: to see women set free, restored, and walking boldly in who Christ says they are.
But before I ever held space for other women, I had to reclaim my own.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck in survival mode — overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure of who you are anymore. I’ve lived through seasons of shrinking, striving, and silently wondering if I was too much or not enough. I’ve battled comparison, isolation, and the ache of feeling invisible behind the roles I played.
RECLAIM was born from that place.
It’s not just a workbook — it’s a reflection of my own healing, my own surrender, and my own decision to stop hiding and start living.
I created this journey to offer women the kind of space I needed: safe, Spirit-led, and saturated in truth. A space to breathe again. To strip off the lies. To remember who you are and walk in it with confidence.
I’ve had the honor of serving women across all ages and stages — moms, professionals, students, and ministry leaders, each on a unique journey of healing and transformation. My approach blends biblical truth with practical tools, creating restorative spaces where women can reclaim their voice, their worth, and their walk.
You don’t have to stay stuck. You don’t have to keep shrinking.
You are not too much. You are not too late.
